User Access to Projects
The above table shows a recap of the user’s access to projects, whether it’s through groups or directly. We’ll always show the highest access right coming from either the group or the user.
The groups access are shown in blue, the direct user access in black.
The overall column on the left is a global indicator of the current accesses of the user. This is the column we take into account for the invoicing (all users with a A or a W in the overall column will be counted).
The above filters let you reduce the scope if you have too many users or projects to fit in the page
Access right calculation:
The administrator can define to which projects the (group of) users have access. It can be done per project or globally for all projects: (the same can be done for Groups):
