Document Template Definitions
This requires the QMS module.
This setting allows to define project in which templates can be defined and approved to be used in other projects.
In case the selected projects need additional fields to store information about template approval / or template source information these can be added in the list of selected projects.
Clicking on "add source reference field" will make sure you always see the hyperlink of the original template used in a project.
When the configuration is done, you can easily create any type of template in the source QMS project, approve it and publish it in any targeted project:
