Default Reports
it is possible that some of the reports below are not present in your project(s). You can always create them by going in any report folder (F-REPORT-n) and create it with the Create Report Template button.
The system comes with many pre-defined reports: Report Name Content Design Reports Design Items Contains items in the project including all details Design Input Contains selected design input like requirements and use cases Design Output Contains selected design output like specifications and test cases Testing Test Design Contains test cases and use cases Test Execution Status Planning This report analyses the status of test and uses cases Test Forms Contains test cases and uses cases as form with places to enter test results Test Execution Summary This report shows all test cases which need to be (re-)executed: Traceability Traceability Issue Report This report takes the selected items of the reporting type "Design" and verifies the up and down trace thereof. It shows all found traceability issues. Traceability to Executed Tests This report takes selected items of the reporting type "Design" and verifies the up and down traces thereof. It shows all traces for each selected item. Traceability Report This report takes all items of the reporting type "Design" and verifies if there is a trace to an executed test in the selected test runs. Outdated Traces This report takes the selected items of the reporting type "Design" and verifies the up and down trace thereof. It shows all found traces which are outdated. Design Review Templates Design Review Template A printable report of selected items with signatures fields for formal reviews Online Design Review Template A signature form for design reviews which are done online OEM Design Review A review form for customer reviews. Includes version numbers. Administration Project Statistics and Progress This report shows graphs of the activity per week, the number of items per category and missing traces of the whole project. Project Export This report creates an xml export of the current status of the project. It can be used to make a backup or clone of all project data. It does not contain history. Exists also in a version as zip file including all files in the project. Project Export with Audit This report creates an xml export of the current status of the project. It can be used to make a backup or clone of all project data. It does contain the whole project history. Exists also in a version as zip file including all files in the project.
test cases which were changed after the last test runProject Export to Excel This report creates an xlsx (Excel) export of any selection of items. You can include the whole project.
