Terms and Abbreviations (Global)

You have the ability to define here some replacement strings, terms and abbreviations on the server level.

These elements will be available in all projects.

If you redefine one of these settings in a project, the project-definition will take precedence over the global one.

In the server administration you can create and edit:

  • Rich text Replacements Macros (1)
  • Plain Text Replacements Macros (2)
  • Terms (3)
  • Abbreviations (4)


In Matrix, you'll be able to insert each of them easily in any Rich Text box:

Note: When you insert a macro, you'll see the ones created Globally in server settings with the "(server)" information besides it:
